Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your LIORAA order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Request a Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share further instructions for the return process.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@lioraaoriginal.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or special-order products


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original product (subject to approval) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of the approval status

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

Please note: banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.
